The Arctic Wolf® Unified Portal and other Arctic Wolf services use Auth0 as an identity provider (IdP). Auth0 verifies digital identity based on a set of factors, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and recovery codes.

Arctic Wolf uses one-time password (OTP) as an authentication factor. If you need to reset, you can authenticate using a recovery code.
