View customer reports

View the reports that organizations receive from Arctic Wolf®.

The Reports page allows you access the reports that organizations receive from Arctic Wolf as part of their subscription service. From here, you can access MDR reports and and executive ticket summary for all customers in one place, without having to access the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal for each customer organization. You can also download reports in bulk.
  1. Sign in to the MSP Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Reports.
  3. In the Organization list, select an organization.
  4. Optional: Do any of these actions:
    • Sent Date — Select a time period.

      Reports are filtered based the selected time period.

    • Search — Enter a key word or phrase.

      Reports are filtered based on the word or phrase that you enter.

  5. Optional: To download one or more reports, complete these steps:
    1. Select the checkboxes next to the reports that you want to download.
      Note: To select all reports currently visible based on the filters set, select the checkbox next to the Title column header.
    2. Click Download Selected Reports.
  6. Optional: To view or download each of the selected reports complete these steps:
    1. Click Reports.
    2. In the Organization list, select an organization.
    3. Click Reports History.
      A historical list of generated reports is displayed.
  7. Optional: To export the Reports table as a CSV file, click Export > Download as CSV.

    The CSV file includes only the reports that are currently visible based on the filters set.
