Managed Security Awareness® (MA) users and program administrators receive various MA emails each program cycle. As an MA administrator, you can view and configure these email templates in the MA Portal.

1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
2. In the menu bar, click CSV Files.
3. Click the time frame to filter the files.

   These MA files are available in the CSV Files tab:

   Note:

   • Manager information must be synchronized before the manager fields populate with information.
   • Only administrators have access to the CSV Files tab. Unless they are also an MA administrator, managers do not have access to download the CSV files in the MA Portal.

4. Click Download for the desired report.
