- Alerts about security-related incidents originating from Arctic Wolf. These alerts have been escalated for you to action.
- Onboarding
- Tickets sent to support onboarding to an Arctic Wolf solution. These tickets usually provide instructions related to installation and configuration.
- Provisioning
- Tickets related to the deployment of a physical sensor or scanner.
- Request
- Support
- Customer-initiated tickets. These tickets are often related to configuration changes and troubleshooting.
- Security
- Tickets from your Concierge Security Team (CST) to discuss your security posture, provide security insights, or follow up on a non-urgent security-related issue.
