Tickets related to the deployment of a physical sensor or scanner.

Support
Customer-initiated tickets. These tickets are often related to configuration changes and troubleshooting.
Security
Tickets from your Concierge Security Team (CST) to discuss your security posture, provide security insights, or follow up on a non-urgent security-related issue.
