Reassign a ticket

You can change the assignee of a ticket to any user in your list of contacts with Arctic Wolf. The new assignee receives notifications and email updates about activity in the ticket.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Tickets & Alerts > All Tickets.
  3. Find the ticket that you want to reassign.
    Tip: If needed, use filters to limit your results. See Tickets table filters for more information.
  4. Click the Subject or Ticket # of the ticket.

  5. Click Reassign Ticket.
  6. In the Assign To list, select the contact to assign the ticket to.
  7. Click Reassign.
In the ticket, the Assigned To field is updated with the name of the new assignee, the old assignee is added to the CC field, and a public comment describing the change is posted.
