Reset collaborator credentials

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Security Journey > Collaborators.
  3. Find the collaborator that you want to reset credentials for.
  4. Do one of these options:
    • To reset their password — Click > Reset Password.
    • To reset their multi-factor authentication — Click > Reset Multi-Factor.
    The collaborator is sent instructions to reset their credentials.
