Invite a collaborator to the Cyber Resilience Assessment

You can invite other people to view or edit your Cyber Resilience Assessment.

These emails can be added as collaborators:
  • Users in your organization who are not listed as contacts in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal. Their email domain must match the organization domain. For more information, see Contacts and user permissions.
  • Users with the same domain name as the insurance broker on record.
  • Users with the same domain name as the partner on record.
  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Security Journey > Collaborators.
  3. Click New Collaborator.
  4. Fill out the name and email of the collaborator.
  5. In the Permission field, select one of these options:
    • Read Only — The collaborator can only view the Cyber Resilience Assessment.
    • Read / Write — The collaborator can view and edit the Cyber Resilience Assessment.
  6. Click Save.
    An invite is sent to the collaborator email.
    Note: This invite is only valid for two hours. If you need to send another invite, click > Resend Invite .
  7. In the invite, the collaborator can click Activate Your Account Today to accept the invite and configure MFA.
After the collaborator accepts the invite, the collaborator Status changes from Pending to Active.
