Remove an ITSM tenant organization

Note: This task is for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Integrations.
  3. Click the ITSM tab.
  4. In the Customer List section, find the tenant organization that you want to edit.
  5. Under Actions, click > Edit.
  6. Delete the tenant organization ID value.
  7. Click Save.
