Edit an ITSM ticketing integration

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Integrations.
  3. Click the ITSM tab.
  4. Click Show Settings.
  5. Click Edit Settings.
  6. In the Account Information section, edit the required fields.
    Note: If you have a ConnectWise integration, you can change those credentials here.
  7. Click Validate Credentials.
    The Validation Success message appears.
  8. Click Next: Sync Settings.
  9. Edit other settings as needed.
  10. Click Save Changes.
