Refresh Netskope credentials

When your Arctic Wolf® API token expires, create a new one and resubmit it.

These resources are required:

  • Administrator permissions for the Netskope dashboard

Regenerate a Netskope token

If you are migrating from a v2 to RBACv3 API token, see Create an RBACv3 API token.
  1. Sign in to the Netskope dashboard.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the Administrators & Roles page, click the Administrators tab.
  4. Locate the service account that you used to create the initial token.
  5. In the API Credential column, click Edit > Generate Again.
  6. Click Generate.
  7. Set a new expiry date.

    You will provide this value to Arctic Wolf later.

  8. Click Save.
  9. Copy the API token, and then save it in a safe, encrypted location.

    You will provide this value to Arctic Wolf later.

  10. Click OK.

Update cloud credentials

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Data Collection > Cloud Sensors.
  3. Optional: Filter the list of cloud sensors, as needed.
  4. For the account that you want to update, click View Account.
  5. Click Edit Information.
  6. In the Token and Secret field, clear the Use existing value checkbox.
  7. Enter the new token and secret.
  8. In the Credential Expiry field, enter the new expiry date.
  9. Click Save Changes.
