Access the MSP Portal

Access the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Portal to view and manage organizations.

These resources are required:

  • Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser (latest version).
  • MSP privileges.

    MSP privileges are assigned to contacts in MSP organizations or parent companies that manage the security posture of subsidiary organizations.

  1. Open the MSP Portal.
    Note: If you have MSP privileges, when you sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal, you will be redirected to the MSP Portal.
  2. When prompted, enter your credentials.
