Download Secure Culture statistics

You can download CSV files from the Secure Culture Dashboard or the CSV Files tab to identify which users require additional training support. For more information on the CSV Files tab, see Download CSV Files . The CSV files provide this information:

  • Users with incomplete sessions
  • Users with low quiz scores
  • Users who failed phishing simulations
  • Users with incomplete phishing remediation sessions
  1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click Secure Culture Dashboard.
  3. Click Download to download the desired CSV file.
    Note:

    The data included in the CSV file reflects the selected timeframe. For example, within the last 30 days.
