The Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program includes User Status Report emails that are sent monthly by default, and provides users with information about incomplete MA sessions. Disabling User Status email delivery prevents the system from sending the status report to users at scheduled intervals. Enabling User Status email delivery starts or restarts the automatic sending of the status report monthly to users.

1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
2. In the menu bar, click Administration Dashboard.
3. Click the Incomplete Session Manager tab.

4. Click the Enable User Status Reports toggle to the off or on position as needed.
5. Optional: Click the Send User Status Reports toggle to the on or off position as needed to customize the frequency that users will receive the User Status Report email.
