Managed Security Awareness (MA)

During the initial setup of your Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program, MA configures an MA program administrator. Your administrator monitors the MA and maintains active users in the MA program. For the duration of your MA subscription, the MA program administrator must remain as an active user of the MA program to maintain access to the MA Portal.

The administrator can sign in to the MA Portal using the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal or a direct link to your organization’s MA Portal to perform these tasks:

Configure and manage MA Portal program settings
Review the overall success of active users in the program
Submit tickets for any needs of the program, administrators, or users
Monitor reports
Review the upcoming schedule for the MA Portal program
