Create a custom schedule for phishing simulations

You can create a custom content schedule to send supplemental phishing simulations. This enables you to customize your Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program.

Note:

These resources are required:

  • One of these:
    • A Managed Security Awareness Plus (MA+) license
    • A Compliance Content Pack (CCP) license
  1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click Content Library.
  3. On the Awareness Sessions tab, filter the content type you would like to set the custom delivery for, for example Quiz.
    Note: You can add additional filtering by clicking All Filters and selecting your filters, for example session type.
  4. Optional: Enter a term into the Search bar to filter the results.
  5. Under Actions, click > Schedule.
  6. On the Schedule Content Delivery page, select a delivery date.
  7. Under Assign To, select:
    • All Active Users — To send the content to all active users in your MA program.
    • Individual User — To send the content to selected users in your MA program.
  8. If you selected Individual User, select the checkboxes for the users you would like to send the content to.
  9. Click Schedule.
    A confirmation message appears confirming the title and date the content will be sent.
    Note: The Date (UTC) column shows the date and time in UTC that custom scheduled content will begin processing, but the content may reach users after the displayed time.
