Change your integration from Entra ID to Google Workspace

If you currently manage users in your Arctic Wolf® Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program using Microsoft Entra ID®, you can change your integration to Google Workspace®.

Note: The email address of a user is the unique identifier for users of the MA program. The user assignment and completion history data in the MA program automatically port during an integration change if the user's email stays the same. If you update your email domain or username format, please submit a ticket to notify Concierge Security® Team (CST) of the changes and request a user data migration.
  1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  2. Click Settings > User Management.
  3. Click Reset Integration to clear your currently synced Entra ID users.
  4. Create a new project.
  5. Create a service account.
  6. Add the Unique ID to the API access control.
  7. Authorize the OAuth scopes.
  8. Enable the API.
  9. Add the service account key.
  10. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  11. Click Settings > User Management.
  12. On the New Integration page, in the Integration Type list, select Google Workspace.
  13. Integrate your Google Workspace access credentials with MA.
  14. Verify that intended users are active in the MA Portal.
