View sensor health

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Data Collection > Sensors.
The sensors health overview summarizes the health of your sensors based on these health categories:
  • Unhealthy — The sensor is not working correctly. Contact your Concierge Security® Team (CST) for troubleshooting assistance.
  • Needs Attention — Indicates one of these sensor statuses:
    • Awaiting Activation — The virtual appliance is registered with Arctic Wolf® and is waiting for you to activate it.
    • Staged — The sensor is connected to Arctic Wolf infrastructure and is being configured.
  • In Progress — Indicates one of these sensor statuses:
    • Shipped — Your hardware has shipped.
    • Preparing To Ship — Your hardware is being configured and will ship soon.
    • New — The sensor profile was recently created. New profiles are subject to review.
  • Healthy — The sensor is connected and providing insights to your CST.
