View a sensor upgrade schedule

You can view upcoming scheduled upgrades for a sensor and view the history of past upgrades.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Data Collection > Sensors.
  3. Next to the sensor that you want to view the schedule for, click View Sensor.
    The Sensor Details page opens.
  4. Click Sensor Upgrade Schedule.
  5. Optional: If you want to export the upgrade schedule history, click Export.
    A CSV containing the upgrade schedule history downloads.
  6. Optional: If the appliance has an upcoming upgrade scheduled, click Reschedule Upgrade to reschedule it or click Upgrade Now to upgrade it immediately.
    Note: If an appliance cannot be upgraded or an upgrade cannot be rescheduled, the Reschedule Upgrade and Upgrade Now buttons are grayed out.
