Update credentials for a cloud scanner

If the credentials for your cloud scanner account change, you must provide the updated credentials to Arctic Wolf® to prevent the disruption of an Arctic Wolf service.

These resources are required:
  • A Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) license.
  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Data Collection > Cloud Scanners.
  3. Optional: Use search or filters to refine the data that displays in the table.
    For more information, see Cloud scanner filters.
  4. For the account that you want to update, click View Account.
  5. Click Edit Information.
    Note: One field for each cloud scanner type is read-only. It can't be edited because it is the primary identifier for the account of that cloud scanner type.
  6. Edit field values as needed.
  7. Click Save Changes.
