Remove 1.0 API integration

If you are switching from Mimecast API version 1.0 to 2.0, remove the 1.0 API after configuring the version 2.0 integration.

Delete the Arctic Wolf API 1.0 application

If you are migrating from Mimecast API version 1.0 to 2.0, complete these steps:

CAUTION: Make sure to delete the Arctic Wolf API 1.0 application after configuring the Arctic Wolf API 2.0 application.
  1. Sign in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to Integrations > API and Platform Integrations.
  3. Click the Your API 1.0 Applications tab.
  4. For the application that you want to delete, click > Delete.
  5. Click Delete.

Remove the Mimecast v1 integration

Note: If you encounter any issues while removing the v1 integration, reach out to your Concierge Security® Team (CST).
  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Integrations.
  3. On the Active Response tab, locate the Mimecast integration.
  4. Click .
  5. Click Uninstall Integration.
