Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) Portal administrators are not notified of user-reported emails, so Arctic Wolf recommends that they regularly review the Reported Emails tab to assess any suspicious emails.

1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
2. In the menu bar, click Reported Phishing > Reported Emails.
3. Filter or search the Reported Emails list and review the results.
   Note:

   Arctic Wolf recommends that MA+ customers review and action items with a Medium or High threat level categorization. See View reported emails for more information about the Threat level of reported emails.

4. Investigate any suspicious items within your organization.
5. Optional: Submit a ticket in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal for assistance in handling emails within your organization’s Microsoft Tools.
6. Acknowledge any list items that do not need to be actioned.
