Managed Security Awareness (MA) Plus (MA+) and MA+ with the Compliance Content Pack (CCP) administrators can create and customize phishing simulations in the Content Library to suit your organizations needs.
- Sign in to the MA Portal.
- In the menu bar, click Content Library, and then click Phishing Simulations.
- Do one of these actions:
- To create a new phishing simulation email template, click Create Template
- To customize an existing phishing simulation email template, click
of the phishing simulation template you would like to customize, and then click
Clone and Edit.
- Optional: Click Guide to launch the phishing simulation template editor guided tour.
- On the Phishing Email Template screen, customize the content of the template. You can customize the following elements:
- Title — The name of the phishing email template as it will be shown in the Content Library.
- From Name — The name of the sender for the phishing simulation email.
- From Address — The email address and domain name for the phishing simulation email.
- Subject — The subject line of the phishing simulation email.
- Email Language — The language for the phishing simulation email. Do one of these actions:
- Landing page — The language of the page that users will see if they click the phishing link from the phishing simulation email, for example Spanish
Note: The landing page for customized phishing simulation email content will be translated to one of the supported languages of English, French, German, or Spanish. All other phishing simulation email content must be translated before being put into the template.

- Remove ArcticWolf Branding on landing page — Select the checkbox to remove Arctic Wolf branding from the template.
Note: You cannot add your own custom branding to a phishing simulation email template managed by Arctic Wolf.
- On the Phishing Email Template screen, click and drag any of the following elements to add to the template:
Tip: To add more than one element, click +.
- Link
- Button
- Email Footer
- Social Media
- Greeting
- Email Header
- Signature (User) or Signature (Company)
- Company Name or User Name
- Section
- Alert
- Image
- Text
- Quote
- Call-out Box
- When you are done making changes, click Update.
- Search for the phishing simulation template you updated, click
, and then click Send To Me.
- On the Send Test Email dialog, click Yes to send a preview phishing simulation email to yourself.
- When you are satisfied with the test email, on the Phishing Simulations tab of the Content Library, locate your template and click
, and then click Publish.
- When you are ready to send the phishing simulation email to users, click
, and then click Schedule. For more information on creating a schedule to send content, see Create a custom schedule for phishing simulations.
Note: To remove a template from the Content Library, click

, and then click
Delete.
