Add ASAT to email allowlists

After your users are added to the Aurora® Security Awareness and Training (ASAT) program, add the ASAT IP addresses, email headers, and phishing domains to your email provider's allowlists. This enables your users to receive emails from the ASAT program.

If you use an email gateway or spam filter, you must also configure your email provider to allow the IP range or static IP address that your email gateway uses for your organization. Email gateways can change the ASAT IP addresses to a range or static IP from your organization. This labels ASAT emails as phishing or true spam.

These actions are required:

  • Complete Add ASAT to email gateway and spam filtering.
  • Obtain the ASAT IP addresses to allowlist.

To see the IP addresses that you must allowlist, sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal, click Resources > Allowlist Requirements, and then view the IP addresses in the section for your product.

  • If applicable, obtain the static IP addresses or range of IP addresses from your email gateway service.
