Create an authentication policy

You create an authentication policy to specify the types of authentication that partner users must complete to sign in to the Aurora Multi-Tenant Console console. Users must complete the types of authentication in the order that you specify in the policy.  For example, if you add Local Authentication before One-Time Password, users enter their BlackBerry Online Account credentials before they receive a one-time password prompt.

  1. On the menu bar, click Settings > Administration.
  2. Click the Authentication Policies tab.
  3. In the User Authentication Policies section, click Add policy.
  4. Enter a name and description for the policy.
  5. In the Authentication rules section, click Add Authenticator.
  6. In the Add authenticator dialog box:
    1. Select an authenticator in the drop-down list and click Save.
    2. Repeat the previous step to add more authenticators to the policy.
    3. To set the order, click Set Order and drag the authenticators to the order that you want.
    4. Click Set Order again to save the order.
  7. Click Save.
Assign an authentication policy.
