Aurora Protect agent upgrade paths
Follow the supported upgrade path to use the latest version of the Aurora Protect agent.
The versions shown in each upgrade path represent the minimum required version for each upgrade step, not the only supported versions. If your agent version is newer than a version listed in the path, you can upgrade directly to the next listed version in the path. For example, the Windows online upgrade path supports updating directly from agent versions 3.4.1000, 3.4.1001, and 3.4.1002 to version 3.5.1000.
After a successful upgrade to agent version 3.4 or newer, you cannot downgrade the agent using update rules from the Aurora Endpoint Security console. Instead, uninstall the agent, restart the device, and then reinstall the older agent.
