Report a problem to Arctic Wolf

For troubleshooting assistance, contact your IT administrator before you report a problem to Arctic Wolf.
  1. In the Aurora Protect Mobile app home screen, tap The Tune icon.
  2. Tap Report a problem.
  3. Type a comment about the problem.
  4. Tap Send.
