The Cyber Resilience Assessment dashboard shows the change history of the selected assessment. Where applicable, an activity record shows the impact of the change on your Cyber Resilience Index. For more information, see Cyber Resilience Index.

1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Security Journey > Cyber Resilience Assessment.
3. In the Assessment list, select the the assessment.
4. Scroll down to the History widget.
5. Click View All.
6. Click Export > Download as CSV.
   The change history downloads as a CSV file.
