Manage onboarding and setup tasks

Arctic Wolf® collects information from you to set up your customer profile, such as contact information for users in your organization and information about the Arctic Wolf products that will monitor your environment.

In the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal, review the onboarding tasks that you need to complete and your progress on remaining tasks.
  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Organization Overview.
    On the Organization Overview page, the onboarding tasks that you need to complete are organized in sections.
  3. In each section, click the links to complete your onboarding tasks.
    As you work through the tasks, the links that you will interact with include:
    • Navigation links — Navigate to another page in the Unified Portal to complete tasks such as adding sites and sensors.
    • Form links — Open a side-panel form where you can enter details, such as specifying the number of endpoints that will have the Arctic Wolf Agent installed.
    • Documentation links — Open documentation for tasks such as instructions for installing the Arctic Wolf Agent.
  4. After completing a task, return to the Organization Overview page to review your progress and complete the next task.
