Cloud Scanners table

The Cloud Scanners table provides information about cloud scanner accounts that are connected to Arctic Wolf® services.

The table has these columns:
  • Account Name — Provides the unique account name. Click the link to view, edit details, or delete the cloud account.

For more information, see Update credentials for a cloud sensor, and Remove a cloud scanner.

  • Actions — Allows you to view account details, edit the account, or remove the account.

For more information, see View cloud sensor details, Update credentials for a cloud sensor, and Remove a cloud sensor.

  • Cloud Service — The third-party cloud service provider. Options include: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.

  • Last Modified — The date and time that the cloud scanner account credentials were last changed.

  • Last Modified By — The name of the user that last changed the cloud scanner account credentials. If the user was a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or an Arctic Wolf employee, or if the change was made by a backend service, Arctic Wolf Admin displays.

  • Status — The status of the cloud scanner integration. Options include:
    • Pending — Depending on the color of the Pending tag, the status of the cloud scanner integration is one of these:
      • Yellow — Validation of the new account credentials is in progress. CSPM scans will not run.
      • Orange — During validation of the account credentials, the credentials failed. This could be caused by invalid or expired credentials, or a permissions issue. CSPM scans will not run.
Note: If the credentials of a cloud scanner integration do not work, a ticket is created and the cloud scanner remains in the Pending state until the issue is resolved.
    • Active — The cloud scanner integration is validated and waiting for your Concierge Security® Team (CST) to finalize the integration before CSPM scans can run.
Tip: You can expand the integration row to view more information about the integration status.
