View Arctic Wolf Agent details

Note:

When set up correctly, you will have one online non-persistent VDI device. Duplicate offline devices are automatically purged after three days. If duplicate non-persistent VDI devices appear in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal, install Arctic Wolf Agent for non-persistent VDI instances again.

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Data Collection > Agents.
  3. Find the Agent that you want to view, and then click Expand to view the Agent details.
    Tip:

    If needed, use filters to limit your results. See View Arctic Wolf Agent filters for more information.

You can view these details about Arctic Wolf Agents in your network:

  • Network Interfaces — The network interfaces that connect to the Agent.
  • Agent health status, if degraded — For more information, see View Arctic Wolf Agent health.
