For each Agent group, you can edit the maintenance window and inactivity threshold settings, allowing you to manage Agent software for multiple endpoints.
- Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
- In the navigation menu, click .
- Click Agent Settings.
- In the row of the group to modify settings, click View Details.
- Click Edit Group Settings.
- In the Maintenance Window section, configure these settings to determine when automatic Agent upgrades occur:
- in Time Zone, select the UTC time zone.
Note: You cannot select a time zone if all days are selected.
- Select at least three weekdays.
- In the Inactivity Threshold section, configure these settings to determine when Agent is deactivated:
- Automated Inactivity Threshold Days (default 90 days) — Enter the number of Agent inactivity days before deactivation. After the threshold has been exceeded, the server sends a deactivate command to the Agent.
- VDI Inactivity Threshold Days (default 3 days) — Enter the number of VDI Agent inactivity days before deactivation. After the threshold has been exceeded, the server sends a deactivate command to the VDI Agent.
- Click Save Changes.
