Reconfigure a vScanner on a standalone ESXi server

You can reconfigure a virtual appliance by accessing the serial console from your virtual environment.

Note: Arctic Wolf recommends completing all appliance configuration using the serial console. The serial console provides a consistent configuration experience for all physical and virtual appliances. New and re-imaged deployments support configuration using the serial console only.
  1. In the ESXi web UI, right-click your VM, and then click Console > Open Console.
  2. When prompted, press Enter three times to initiate the serial console session.
