Reconfigure a vLC in Nutanix Prism Element

You can reconfigure a virtual appliance by accessing the serial console from your virtual environment.

Note: Arctic Wolf recommends completing all appliance configuration using the serial console. The serial console provides a consistent configuration experience for all physical and virtual appliances. New and re-imaged deployments support configuration using the serial console only.
  1. Sign into Nutanix Prism Element.
  2. In the navigation bar dropdown, click VM.
  3. In the VM overview table, select your VM.
  4. If the virtual appliance is not powered on, click Power on.
  5. Click Launch Console.
  6. When prompted, press Enter three times to initiate the serial console session.
  7. Edit the required settings. For more information about editing values in the serial console, see Serial console.
