Cyber JumpStart Portal user management

As an Arctic Wolf® prospect, you can manage users and permissions in the Cyber JumpStart Portal. Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can manage users on behalf of customers.

Note:

  • This is only available to prospect campaign users who do not subscribe to other Arctic Wolf services.

  • If you have a subscription to any other Arctic Wolf® service, you can manage users and permissions in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal. For more information, see User permissions.
