Incident Readiness and Response

Arctic Wolf® Incident Readiness and Response helps you prepare for and respond to potential cyber emergencies.

Incident Readiness tools provide you with information that helps you determine how prepared you are for a potential cyberattack. You can use the identified strengths and weakness to further strengthen your environment against potential cyber incidents. Using Incident Readiness services can decrease the time to respond to, contain, and mitigate an incident.

Incident Readiness tools include:
  • Cyber Resilience Assessment — A self-assessment tool that helps you proactively expose and mitigate cybersecurity risks. For more information, see Cyber Resilience Assessment.
  • Incident Response Planner — A collection of your information that makes sure you and Arctic Wolf IR are fully prepared in case of an incident. For more information, see Incident Response Planner.
  • Incident Response Runbooks — Detailed guides walking you through different types of cyber incidents. These runbooks explain how to detect, prevent, and remediate cyber incidents. The runbooks also contain information on who should be involved at each step of the process, what steps should be taken, and how the Arctic Wolf IR team assists you. For more information, see Incident Response Runbooks.
  • Readiness touchpoints — Sessions where Arctic Wolf IR representatives help you strengthen your security posture. For more information, see Readiness touchpoints.

If you do experience an incident, contact Arctic Wolf. If you have an Incident Response Retainer, our IR team will respond to your emergency.
