Use the Tenant Incident Volume widget
On the Managed Endpoint Defense - Executive Summary dashboard page, you can view the average incident volume over the last 7 days and the total number of incidents for the tenants that you manage. If the average incident volume is higher than expected, based on the number of devices registered with the tenant, or if there were no incidents within the last 24 hours, then the number beside the tenant is red.
Take steps to reduce the number of incidents based on whether they were expected. For example, by adjusting the device policies if there is a change in the organization's environment.
- Click Dashboard > Managed Endpoint Defense - Executive Summary.
- On the Tenant incident volume widget menu, click View full list to expand the view.
- Do one of these actions:
- Click the name of the tenant to view its information.
- Beside the tenant, make note of the number in the average incidents column if it is displayed in red. If the number is red, the tenant has a higher than expected average incident volume.
