If you are an Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense partner, you can enable it for tenants that you manage. When you enable Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense for a tenant, you begin the process of tuning the tenant and prepare it for Arctic Wolf cSOC monitoring. Metrics and data are gathered to help you tune the tenant appropriately.
Your tenant is considered ready to be submitted for promotion to production monitoring when:
- You have fully deployed agents to all existing endpoints.
- The device health score for the tenant is "A".
- The metrics for the tenant are at least 95%.
- In the Aurora Multi-Tenant Console, click Tenants.
- On the Active Tenants tab, click a tenant.
- Click the Features and Services tab.
- In the Tenant Services section, enable the Managed Endpoint Defense setting.
- Click Enable to confirm that you want to enable Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense for the tenant.
The tenant's MEDR status is set to Tuning.
- Tune the tenant and prepare it for production monitoring.
- When the tenant is ready to be submitted for promotion to production monitoring, return to the Tenant Services section for the tenant.
- Enable the Promote to production monitoring setting.
- Enter your contact information.
- Click Promote Tenant.
The Arctic Wolf cSOC receives a notification and reviews the tenant.
Check the tenant status from . When the review is complete and satisfactory, the tenant's MEDR status is promoted from Tuning to In Production.
