Disable ITSM synchronization
- Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
- In the navigation menu, click
Organization Profile > Integrations.
- Click the ITSM tab.
- If you are:
- Not a Managed Service Provider (MSP)— Click the Sync Enabled toggle to the off position.
- An MSP — In the Customer List section, find the tenant organization that you want to edit, and then, click the Sync Enabled toggle to the off position.
