Disable ITSM synchronization

  1. Melden Sie sich bei Arctic Wolf Unified Portal an.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Organization Profile > Integrations.
  3. Click the ITSM tab.
  4. If you are:
    • Not a Managed Service Provider (MSP)— Click the Sync Enabled toggle to the off position.
    • An MSP — In the Customer List section, find the tenant organization that you want to edit, and then, click the Sync Enabled toggle to the off position.
