Request readiness touchpoint

  1. Sign in to the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Incident Response > IR Overview.
  3. In the Readiness Touchpoints widget, select the readiness touchpoint that you want to request.
  4. Click Request Touchpoint.
    A ticket is created that the IR team will use to schedule the readiness checkpoint.
