Sign in to the mobile app

Sign in to the mobile app with the same SSO authentication, MFA, and credentials you use for the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal .

If your organization uses SSO, you are redirected to your identity provider. MFA is enforced based on your organization's authentication policy.

  • The Arctic Wolf app is installed on your device.

  • You have an active Unified Portal account.

  1. Open the Arctic Wolf app on your mobile device.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.

    If your organization uses SSO, you are redirected to your identity provider to complete authentication.

  3. Enter your password and tap Sign In.
  4. Complete MFA verification if prompted.

    MFA requirements are determined by your organization's authentication policy.

  5. If you belong to multiple organizations, select the organization you want to access.

    You can switch organizations later from the account menu.

The security dashboard displays with an overview of your organization's security posture.
