Troubleshoot PAN Prisma Access integration
This page provides troubleshooting information for Palo Alto Networks (PAN) Prisma Access.
Issues adding log filters
While completing Configure log forwarding in Strata Cloud Manager, Strata Cloud Manager may experience issues when adding multiple log filters at once.
- During configuration, add filters for a few log types from Log types for PAN Prisma Access, and then save the new HTTPS profile.
- Repeat these steps to incrementally add each of the remaining log types from Log types for PAN Prisma Access:
- On the HTTPS tab, click the name of the newly created HTTPS profile.
- Click Test Connection to check for errors.
- Click Next.
- In the Filters section, click Add Filter.
- In the list, select the log type.
- Set the time range to Past 24 hours.
- Click Save to save the filter.
- Click Save to save the HTTPS profile.
