Once deployed, the Report Email button automatically appears in Outlook for users on thick client. Office Web App (OWA) users must manually add the button to the Message surface icons.
We recommend that you notify your users about the Report Email button. The Administrator Toolkit provides:
- A template that can be used to notify users of the Report Email button and the message icons.
- A stakeholder or administrator document to inform others of the upcoming Report Email button deployment.
Before you begin
- Do one these:
- If this is your inital setup, complete Step 6: Notify users of the MA program.
- If you have an existing MA program, complete Step 5: Configure the Report Email button for Outlook.
Steps
- In the MA Portal menu, click Settings > Administrator Toolkit.
- (Optional) Download the user notification template:
- In the Search field, enter

. - In the list of results, locate the template, and then click Download.

- (Optional) Download the stakeholder notification template:
- Clear the Search field, and then enter

- Clear the Search field, and then enter
- Use the template to notify your users about the new Report Email button:
- Copy the content from the PDF template you downloaded.
- Paste the content it into an email.
- Revise and format the content as necessary.
- Email the notification to your users.
