To make sure MA sessions automatically play in a browser, your users should configure their browsers to automatically play video content.
Before you begin
- Complete Step 3: Add MA to email allowlists.
Steps
Note: Google Chrome® has autoplay turned on by default.
- Depending on your operating system and browser, do one of these procedures:
- macOS
- Windows
Configure Firefox to autoplay MA sessions in macOS
- In a new browser tab, click Firefox > Preferences.
- In the navigation menu, click Privacy & Security.
- In the Permissions section, locate the Autoplay row, and then click Settings.
- In the Default for all websites list, select Allow Audio and Video.
- Click Save Changes.
Configure Microsoft Edge to autoplay MA sessions in macOS
- In a new browser tab, click Microsoft Edge > Preferences.
- In the navigation menu, click Cookies and Site Permissions.
- Click Media Autoplay.
- Select Allow from the list.
Configure Safari to autoplay MA sessions in macOS
- Open a Managed Security Awareness session in a new browser tab.
- On the Apple menu bar, click Safari > Settings for this website.
- In the Auto-Play list, select Allow all Auto-Play.
Configure Firefox to autoplay MA sessions in Windows
- In a new browser tab, click Menu > Settings.
- From the navigation menu, click Privacy & Security.
- In the Permissions section, locate the Autoplay row, and then click Settings.
- In the Default for all websites list, select Allow Audio and Video.
- Click Save Changes.

- In a new browser tab, click Menu > Settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Cookies and Site Permissions.
- Click Media Autoplay.
- In the Control if audio and video play automatically on sites list, select Allow from the list.
