Step 1: Enroll users into your MA program

Users are individuals within your organization who will receive sessions, quizzes, and phishing simulations. They receive email communications and do not have sign-in credentials for the MA Portal.

You can enroll users using Google Workspace®, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)®, Microsoft 365 Active Directory®, or a CSV file. The method you choose to enroll your users determines how you manage users in the future.

Notes:

  • The enrollment method you choose for your users determines how you manage users in the future.
  • You can change between AD integration or a CSV file for user enrollment and synchronization, but you cannot use both options for one MA program.
