Users are individuals within your organization who will receive sessions, quizzes, and phishing simulations. They receive email communications and do not have sign-in credentials for the MA Portal.
You can enroll users using Google Workspace®, Microsoft Entra ID®, Microsoft 365 Active Directory®, or a CSV file. The method you choose to enroll your users determines how you manage users in the future.

Depending on how your users are set up in your organization, complete one of these procedures:
Tip: You can change between AD integration or a CSV file for user enrollment and sync, but you cannot use both options for one MA program.
