Contacts

In the Contacts section, complete these actions as required to identify contacts in your organization that Arctic Wolf will contact for administrative and security purposes:

Add contacts to the contact list

Note: If you are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) acting on behalf of an end-customer, you cannot add users or distribution lists.

  1. In the Contacts section, expand Contact list incomplete.

  2. Click + Add Contact.

  3. In the Information section, configure these settings:

    • Type — Select one of these options:
      • User — An individual user in your organization.
      • Distribution list — A list of contacts who can be contacted simultaneously.
      • Shipping — A contact who handles the shipment of Arctic Wolf products.
    • First Name — The first name of the contact.
    • Last Name — The last name of the contact.
    • Email Address — The email address of the contact.
    • Phone Number — The country, phone number, optional extension number of the contact.
    • Title — (Optional) The title of the contact. For example, Ms. or Mr.
  4. In the Settings section, select the required checkboxes:

    • Primary Contact — Authorized to make account changes. There can only be one primary contact.
    • Secondary Contact — Authorized to make account changes.
    • Standard contact — A standard user.
    • Basic Escalation Contacts — Notified when a security incident is detected.
    • Executive Sponsors Contacts — Endorses Arctic Wolf as the security service provider for your organization.
    • Reports — Receives notifications for reports by email.
    • Arctic Wolf Portal — Can access to the MDR Dashboard.
    • Managed Risk (MR) Dashboard — Can access to the Risk Dashboard.
    • Activate Virtual Appliance Access — Can activate a vLC.
    • Cyber JumpStart — Can activate Cyber JumpStart.

    Notes:

    • You cannot add shipping contacts to categories.
    • In the Grant access to section, some options may not be available, depending on the services your organization has purchased. To see a list of your purchased products, click your organization name in the menu bar, and then click Status Page. The Purchased Products list only appears on the Status Page during onboarding.
  5. If you want to:

    • Continue adding contacts, click Save & Add.
    • Stop adding contacts, click Save.
  6. When you are finished adding contacts, click Mark Complete.

Edit a contact in the contact list

  1. In the Contacts section, expand Contact list incomplete.
  2. Find the contact you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Edit the contact information.
  5. Click Save.

Edit the primary, secondary, or executive sponsor contact

  1. In the Contacts section, expand Primary contact is .
  2. Based on the contact you want to edit, do one or more of these actions:
    • Primary Contact — In the Primary Contact list, select the required contact.
    • Secondary Contacts — Do one of these actions:
      • Add a contact — Click Expand, and then select a contact from the list.
      • Remove a contact — Click x on the contact name you want to remove.
    • Executive Sponsors — Do one of these actions:
      • Add a contact — Click Expand, and then select a contact from the list.
      • Remove a contact — Click x on the contact name you want to remove.

Edit the escalation contacts

  1. In the Contacts section, expand Escalation contacts incomplete.
  2. Do one of these actions:
    • Add a contact — Click Expand, and then select a contact from the list.
    • Remove a contact — Click x on the contact name you want to remove.

Edit the report recipients

  1. In the Contacts section, expand Report recipients incomplete.
  2. Do one of these actions:
    • Add a contact — Click Expand, and then select a contact from the list.
    • Remove a contact — Click x on the contact name you want to remove.

Edit the access controls

  1. In the Contacts section, expand Access controls incomplete.
  2. For the service you want to edit, do one of these actions:
    • Add a contact — Click Expand, and then select a contact from the list.
    • Remove a contact — Click x on the contact name you want to remove.
