Ticket API Quick Start Guide

Arctic Wolf® supports ticket integrations between the ticket management system in the Arctic Wolf Unified Portal and your IT service management (ITSM) software. This integration lets you work from a centralized environment, making workflows and communication with your Concierge Security® Team (CST) more efficient.

This guide does not provide specific instructions for configuring an ITSM integration, as each ITSM integration is different.
