Enable or Disable Manager Status Report Emails
The Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program includes Manager Status Report emails that are sent on the first Monday of each month. These emails provide managers with information about the five oldest incomplete awareness sessions for their direct reports who are active MA users.
Note:
- Manager Status Report emails are turned off by default for all MA programs.
- Managers must be active users in MA to receive Manager Status Report emails.
- Manager Status Report emails are configured as part of the self-serve program setup and configuration. For more information, see Access the self-serve program setup and configuration

- Manager name and email is synced to MA users for Microsoft Entra ID or Google enrollment types and CSV managed programs.
- In the menu bar, click Administration Dashboard.
- Click the Email Templates/Private Labeling tab.
- Click Manager Status Report.
- Click the Send Manager Status Report toggle to the off or on position as needed.
