You can customize the mapping when you build an integration, including mapping multiple statuses in your tool to one of the Ticket API statuses.

Ticket status behavior using the Ticket API is similar, but not the same as the Portail unifié. For example, if you post a comment using the Ticket API, the ticket maintains the same status as opposed to automatically moving to a status of With Arctic Wolf.
