The Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) program includes Arctic Wolf TruClick® user detection. When enabled, TruClick user detection technology eliminates false positive responses to phishing emails.

1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
2. In the menu bar, click Administration Dashboard.
3. Click the Session Information tab.
4. Click the TruClick User Detection toggle to the off or on position as needed.
   Note:

   The default toggle setting for TruClick user detection is off.
