Configure MA email template languages

You can configure the Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness® (MA) email templates to include the content in multiple languages, with the option to adjust the order of the translations. When the languages are configured, awareness sessions, QuickStart, and User Status Report emails are sent in the selected languages.

  • By default, MA emails include these languages in this order:
    • English
    • Español
    • Deutsch
    • Français

To configure MA email languages:

  1. Sign in to the MA Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click Administration Dashboard.
  3. Click the Email Templates/Private Labeling tab.
  4. Click Select Communication Language(s).
  5. In the Program Language dialog, select the desired languages in the order you want them to appear.
    Tip:

    To change the order, de-select the languages, and then re-select them in the desired order.

  6. Click Save.
